My Approach
It is through being in community with acompañantes de aborto and birth doulas where my devotion to put my body into womb health and reproductive justice blossomed.
As a compañera for people with wombs and bleeding bodies during their yoga practice, I bring tenderness and vitality. I hope these practices foster care, strength, grounding, self-love, and collective power.
As a somatics guide in a period of reproductive transformation and transition, I help bring awareness to sensations and breath through visualizations and uplift one’s ability to take up space through movement.
